Chow Mein (no noodles)

stir-fried Chinese napa cabbage, onions and celery with white sauce; choose chicken, beef or jumbo shrimp. This dish does not contain noodles, even though "mein" means "noodles" in Chinese. Rumor has it this has been the alternative name for "chop suey" :D
